Spreadsheet into Tessitura?

Yes there is indeed a way – convert the file to a .CSV or .TXT file and in List Manager click the IMPORT button 

I have an excel spreadsheet full of contacts (name, phone numbers, address etc.) that my office has researched for an event.  We wanted to know if it is possible to put this list into Tessitura without having to put in each contact one by one.  I thought there may be a way, but I'm not sure what it could be.
