We have a pledge on which all payments have been made. I need to adjust a portion of the total amount to a different campaign and designation. When I go to do the adjustment and I enter the original source, the box pops up that prompts me to select which gift to adjust, however the one I need to adjust does not appear. I'm not sure why it wouldn't show up or how I can get it to show up so that I can adjust it. Any ideas here on why this might be happening?
John, thanks for you reply. Yes, the campaign (for FY19) is still active, good guess though. I wonder if it has something to do with this: the payments were 2 cents short, so I wrote off the last 2 cents. I wonder if that somehow affected it not showing up, the fact that I wrote off the end? But the rest of the gift is still there...I don't want to re-enter it, sounds like you had some difficulty with that.

My understanding is that once you've written off something (using the write-off utility), you can't edit anything about the contribution/pledge. I'd bet there's a way to force it to change through the back-end, though.
