We switched over to Tessitura over the summer and have been processing all of our donations through TNew. Since TNew requires someone to create and sign into an account have organizations seen a decline in online donations since switching, if you had a system that did not previously require you to? What do you do to combat that? Is it possible to look at abandon rates for donor sessions?
