Are you using a 3rd party (like Classy.com) to produce and design your monthly giving program? We are looking at options for component build in TNEW to capture monthly giving, as well as 3rd party options. Please let me know what 3rd party organization you work with, as well as your monthly giving website/page.

We moved our online donation form to a Stripe form about a year ago - both one-time and monthly gifts. I couldn't be happier with it; due to the ease of making a gift (particularly no log-in), our donation volume increased by 30-45% and we no longer receive calls from frustrated patrons. Stripe is a major processor and will update monthly donation CC #s; in the last year we haven't had to follow up on any of the monthly donations being processed through Stripe (due to failed CC). Also, the form // Stripe have not gone down, once, whereas every other system we use has at some point experienced outages.
We do a daily import of online donations since this is an external form (the singular downside).
