Storing Photos in Constituent Records

Hi,

Is there a way to store a photo within an individual constituent record?

    Yes, there is. We have a custom process because we have students upload an image as part of the registration process but I think there is native way too, for a staff member uploading it to an account. Depends on where/ how you want it stored.

    Thanks, Michaela, What I'm hoping to do is be able to select an image file — PNG, BMP, or JPG — saved locally or on our network as a profile picture and upload it to a tab (Research - Documents?) in Tess. We just converted to Tess, so I don't know where photos are typically stored. Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Best, John
