Hi,
Is there a way to store a photo within an individual constituent record?
Thanks,
John
Thanks, Michaela, What I'm hoping to do is be able to select an image file — PNG, BMP, or JPG — saved locally or on our network as a profile picture and upload it to a tab (Research - Documents?) in Tess. We just converted to Tess, so I don't know where photos are typically stored. Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Best, John
Thanks, Dee Dee!
I've also saved photos in the Documents/Research tab. You can try emailing jgilman@92y.org as well as we have a security procedure that allows us to store photos that show up in the header area of Tess, but I don't know how we did it. John is in IT and he will know!
That sounds cool! I'll email John to see how that is done.
Hi John,
Yes you should be able to do that - I see Dee Dee has walked you through it below and that Gina has passed on contact for someone who might be able to help you get it into a header.
Cheers,
M
Kathleen,
Are you able to export the constituent photos into a report? We'd like to be able to pull photos and research notes to create a pre-event briefing report.
Yes, we do this at 92Y. We extract photos saved on a shared folder into a report that runs out of Tess for pre-event briefing research. I have no idea how it's done. That question would need to go to our programmers.
