This question came from our fundraising department. "We have several donors who have attended numerous concerts, but we have no record of their attendance because the tickets were purchased by someone else.
So, we have no record of them ever seeing a performance. That kind of history is critical to our donor cultivations and stewardship."
I suggested using Activities to manually track their attendance.
Any other suggestions/experiences are welcome.
