Program Names

The Program Names have an open life-span and are on the account FOREVER, unless they are edited or deleted. We just have a generic “Program Listing” program name, then the free-type value for how they want to be listed and the levels in the next drop down. My program listings appear as they were the last time they were edited. They would not be automatically removed from any reporting or the constituent records.

Hello Everyone!

We are just going into our second season with Tessitura and need some clarity.

Do the names entered into Program names disappear after a certain amount of time?

I am asking because as renewal gifts are coming in for this season, the names are no longer on the accounts. 

Is there a better place to put these names so that we can keep them for all time and run a list.
