We are just going into our second season with Tessitura and need some clarity.
Do the names entered into Program names disappear after a certain amount of time?
I am asking because as renewal gifts are coming in for this season, the names are no longer on the accounts.
Is there a better place to put these names so that we can keep them for all time and run a list.

As far as I can tell from the documentation and my own use of Tessitura, there shouldn't be an expiration date for the Program Names you enter.
Is it possible that renewal gifts (if coming in through TNEW, for example) are coming onto newly-created duplicate records created through the web and the Program Name wouldn't be there as a result?
