    Hi Shelley,

Your worker will need a constituent record in Tessitura.  If the worker already has a constituent record in Tessitura, go to the Security module make sure the new worker has a user type (right below First Name in the Security Module) of User or Both,

then enter that constituent record ID as the Worker ID, and then select the appropriate Worker Type (this is a drop-down, driven by System Table TR_Worker_Type ).

Then when you go to the Plans tab on the Worker’s constituent record, choose the Worker Setup radio button, and add them.  This is all neatly described in the Tessitura documentation (we’re on Tessitura 12.5.1, so it’s here:

    http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System_v125/Tessitura_v125_Left.htm#CSHID=Plans%2FWorker%20Setup.htm|StartTopic=Content%2FPlans%2FWorker%20Setup.htm|SkinName=TN Skin

When I find out how to make this error stop popping up, I will update in this post.

    Hope this helps!
