Has anyone seen this error message and found a way to fix it?

The worker in question has been set up in:
Tessitura Security module (we tried User Type, and Both ),
and has her Constituent ID entred as the Worker ID,
and the Worker Type is set to the same as the other workers at the organization.

Hey Shelley,
For a new user, you need to add the worker role to the constituent record before she can be added to a plan.

Following- I haven’t seen this error but I created a new user and she’s not showing up on the drop down menu as a Worker when creating a Plan. Any suggestions?
