Use/Create different Payment Method perhaps. This would also let you reconcile between Tessitura and Quickbooks – right?

I have a entry question: we normally Deposit higher amount donations directly into QuickBooks...but their personal info...name address etc...in Tessitura with a new Development person coming in...she wants to pull up the constituents in Tessitura and see the donations... we are looking for a way to keep those deposits going into QuickBooks but also adding them into the contribution tab in tessitura to collect the dollar amount as DATA WITHOUT it hitting the bank account a second time... any suggestions?
