Hello everyone. We're looking for a way to record and track gifts that we make to donors/prospects. For example, if we send someone a bouquet to thank them for hosting an event for us it would be great to have that recorded on Tess. We'd love to know if anyone out there is doing this at the moment or if anyone has recommendations for how best we might do it ourselves? We look forward to learning from the Community. Yes! Lots of different ways. Another thought that comes to mind is under the History tab / Activities. You could list the date that you made a delivery, the type of activity/delivery/category, who made the delivery under worker, it's also got a freeform area to type any additional information. Just another thought!
The reporting of this is done through a report in the Development folder called Patron Activity Report. You can also bulk add if you needed to through a utility in the Data Management folder called Manage Special Activity.
