Pledge Billing error

Hi, We are starting to explore using Pledge Billing. We've set this us in our test system, and have run the Pledge Billing Utility. However the Pledges were not paid, and are showing as 'Billed without Payment' in Controbutions. Running the Pledge Billing Summary, I can see that we have the following Billing Problem listed 'Could not find billing information for ref_no = xxxxxx' Has anyone come accross the issue and knows what we may have missed in our setup? Hi Kim Did you remember to select/enter the Credit Card (Account) to use for the Auto-billing on the contribution record? (as per happy-snap attached). I think it's easy not to notice it sitting there, because it's detached from the rest of the Pledge stuff. Ken

Thanks Ken! Yes we had entered/selected the Credit Card details when we setup the Pledge Billing, and I can see it there when I reload the Pledge. Any other ideas? Cheers, Kim
