Hello all.
I'm curious to know how many organizations out there currently have someone from their Artistic or Production Departments as Tessitura users.
Many times, actors or creative team members are added to our database by our Ticketing department because they need to sell them parking or book their comps. In Development, we can think of many other uses for this information. But we're wondering who handles that data entry at other organizations.

Our Production Department uses Tessitura to track our Artist Aide volunteer program using Plans. They actually came to us to start using it because they thought it would help our fundraising efforts if we knew when/how they were volunteering (Seriously love them for that!!!). Since they don't use the database as often, we worked on creating clear documentation for the functions they needed to complete. It's working great!
