In Security I recently updated a few users to Worker Type Staff (and Type:User) I THINK I've looked at every point of security to make this work BUT when these particular Users add a step to a plan their user name doesn't appear in the drop down worker field - what am I missing??? Please help!
Have you added a worker type to that staff member’s individual Tess record on the Worker Setup screen in the Plans tab? I think that may be all you have to do to have them appear in the worker dropdown of the Step detail screen.

Here also is the list of what I put together of what needs to be considered when setting up users for plans:
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
Const Plans RB
Const Plans TAB
Const Portfolios RB
Const Workers RB
Under USER add their Constituent ID for their WORKDER ID and select a WORKER TYPE

tr_plan_source
tr_plan_status
tr_plan_type
tr_worker_role
tr_worker_type
