In Security I recently updated a few users to Worker Type Staff (and Type:User) I THINK I've looked at every point of security to make this work BUT when these particular Users add a step to a plan their user name doesn't appear in the drop down worker field - what am I missing??? Please help!
Just noticed that these users/workers can add notes but cannot save the step plan
Derrell, I know you mention security but did you add the Worker ID from Tessitura and Worker type to the User screen in Security?

Under USER add their Constituent ID for their WORKDER ID and select a WORKER TYPE
