Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience in dealing with pending memberships. As I understand it, a pending membership does not become active until the initiation date hits and the expiration date of the current membership expires.
However,I've noticed that many of my pending memberships with initiation dates marked months ago are not activating.
If it's not relying on the initiation date, then what will trigger the pending membership to become active?
Thanks,
Rey

Hi Rey, I am by no means a Membership guru, but I think you need to run the Membership Update Utility in order for the status to change. You set this to run as a scheduled utility so that your membership do then update automatically. There is documentation in help here: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System_v121/Tessitura_v121_Left.htm#CSHID=List_Manager|StartTopic=Content%2FList%20Creation%20and%20Management%2FList%20Manager.htm|SkinName=TN Skin ChrisFrom: R C <bounce-reycanseco5309@tessituranetwork.com>Sent: 3/24/2016 2:20:22 PMHello, I was wondering if anyone has any experience in dealing with pending memberships.
