Renewal letters

Hello,

Is there a way to flag an account so they do not receive a membership renewal letter? Every so often patrons will tell us they are not able to renew a membership but they continue to buy tickets, so we don't want to mark them Do Not Mail.

    We use the attribute "renewal type" with a value of "do not renew." If I remember correctly, that pulls in to the exclusions in the renewal utility without customization, so you just make sure always to exclude that group.
