Renewal letters

We have different Mail Restriction types. You can set that up in your system table TR_MAIL_INFO. We use Subscription & Casual Only for patrons who only want to receive ticketing information. I’ll try to attach a screen shot of the different types we use. Email me if it doesn’t go through.

Is there a way to flag an account so they do not receive a membership renewal letter? Every so often patrons will tell us they are not able to renew a membership but they continue to buy tickets, so we don't want to mark them Do Not Mail.
