Email as a channel

This is a survey - do your organizations use Email as a channel?

My Tess team has been fighting me on this for over a year now, however a large amount of our commitments comes via email, particularly from board and for events. Just would like to provide a list (apparently Email being an example channel in the Tessitura help documentation, and having a consultant ask for the information isn't enough proof that it is not only common, but a valid and necessary need).

    We have an External Email channel. I just noticed that we don’t have an Internal Email channel but it would make sense to set that up too, if the request came from in-house. I think we just use a House channel for this one though.
