Donation Premiums

Hi all,

We have created a donation premium and associated it with an appeal. On gift entry we are able to add the premium, and I've created a list to pull everyone who has the premium on their account.  My question is two-fold:

1) Where on the patron's record can I see the premium (what tab or screen)?

2) If it was missed on gift entry, is it possible to add the premium after the fact? If so, how?

Thanks!

  • Here are my $0.02.

On the Constituent History Tab  There is a Premium Radio Button.

With sufficient privileges, on this screen you can add a premium.  However, if it changes a total deductibles value of a contribution, you may want to do this kind of thing from a contribution screen and make sure that you re-issue acknowledgements.

Here is the documentation on this screen

If you do not have access to this screen the person in your organization with security module access will have to be contacted about access.
