RSVP program

The Houston Symphony is interested in knowing if anyone uses an online RSVP system that connects to Tessitura. We want to provide our patrons with the ability to reply to an invitation via a website, and then upload the data into Tessitura.

If so, what is the name of the program? How does it update Tess? How well does it work?

We use mail2 and it seems to work fine. However, being that it only uses special activities' for invites we did build a in household custom system to allow to RSVP for events via email invitations. I will be more than happy to share the process with you.
