Hi all,
We are currently paying our part-time box office/front desk staff through the end of month and then figuring out what happens beyond that (it is still being decided). They aren't working, as the museum and box office are closed and our full-time team is handling refunds/donations. I'm wondering if anyone has good ideas for engaging staff while they aren't coming in to work? Some ideas we've had so far are sending update emails with fun things in them and/or maybe doing a video conference? I would like to keep them connected, updated, and feeling like they are still a part of the team!

Cincinnati Ballet staff are having several TEAMS meetings weekly -So far a Virtual Happy hour Thursday, Dad Jokes& Coffee (and general updates) with our CEO on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Fitness Friday (we did some stretches today), Some Meet the new Work from home coworkers posts, Beverage and Recipe Voting and a lunchtime gathering. Being the regular remote worker it has been great to see more faces (I'm in Atlanta GA) so I hope some of these new practices continue when we are on the flip side of this.
