Just wondering who is also refunding the fees? are you doing it automatically or only if the patron asks about it? If you are using the "Seat Release Utility" how are you dealing with the fees?

I should mention, we only have per ticket fees. And, only want to return the fees that are directly associated with the one show that we will most likely have to cancel. Still waiting for official word but getting prepared.
