Erin - here are the Agile videos I mentioned, Beth Varro send the one on Agile Retrospectives, from that I found the Ken Schwaber talk.  Just search and you will find there are many others.  I found these very helpful but I still don't have a solid way to apply this to our particular situation.  I'll post this to the tess agile group and see if others have found other resources.  There is a reading list on the list now but seems to be focused on software development which, of course, is where this came from.

  • I dug around online and found a free 1-afternoon session at a local training company that talked about agile, which was useful and general enough to apply to non-software use.  I have started using the card wall in our Membership dept and have found it very helpful for me, though somewhat less relevant and thus less helpful for my staff, due to the nature of their jobs.  Perhaps some discussion within this group could help you figure out how to apply it to your situation?
