Erin - here are the Agile videos I mentioned, Beth Varro send the one on Agile Retrospectives, from that I found the Ken Schwaber talk. Just search and you will find there are many others. I found these very helpful but I still don't have a solid way to apply this to our particular situation. I'll post this to the tess agile group and see if others have found other resources.
