Successful upgrade to V16

Hi Thida, 

I was wondering if you had time to chat through any steps you may/ or may not have taken to sell tickets via TodayTix. I noted that ABO has sold with them in the past and I was hoping you could let me know how the integration runs now you're in V16?

Thanks for your message and I hope your V16 prep is going well. Apart from planning what needs to be set up and when on the big launch day, I think it’s important to also go over anything being sent to customers (eg forgotten password email) to ensure any links are still functioning in the emails.

Once you go live it would be a good idea to ensure adequate support is available in case customers call up about anything not working or staff questions certain things in the new version.
