I am fairly new to Tessitura. I am trying to learn more about reports. I am utilizing the tools online for help.
I am trying to pull a report that would include the Sales Channel for our Season renewals. I can't seem to figure out what would pull it or if it is included in a report that I am not aware of. I've played around in List Manager as well as Reports/Utilities. This and other reports I'm using are only until I learn Analytics to be able to get my Organization using it.

The package order listing in the Ticketing Subscriptions folder will definitely provide that info for you.
Hi Katie, I was able to get help from Tessitura. They suggested the below for what I was looking for. Sharing in case this could help someone else.
If neither of those quite do what you need, your best resource will be Tessitura Analytics. The pre-built Season Sales Dashboard contains a widget Sales by Channel and Mode of Sale that breaks out the sales by Sales Channel within each Mode of Sale. It would be a great starting point for this kind of reporting!
