Good Morning!
I wanted to introduce myself to this group since I'm relatively new. I am the Tessitura CRM Manager at PBS NC (UNCTV) and I have decided to volunteer as co-chair for the North Carolina Tessitura Community group. :)
I currently work remotely and live in the Boston area. I have been a SME for Tessitura and Tessitura integrated products for about 10 years. I just recently returned to the workforce after a 4.5 year adventure being a full time mom of twin girls. Now that they're a bit more independent, I'm happy to be able to return back to the Tessitura community! My background is in ticketing and I worked at JCA as a Tessitura implementation consultant, helping map data conversions and onboarding new Tessitura clients.
Currently, I am the only chair of the North Carolina community and I think it would benefit us to have more than just me driving the boat. I will be taking quarterly visits to the Raleigh-Durham area and would be available for meet ups during those times, if interested. I will also be attending TLCC, so we can try to schedule a meetup there as well. My vision for our group is to create a place where we can share Tessitura specific knowledge and experience while providing support for each other while we navigate the new and changing world of today. I was one of the founding members of the Boston Tessitura Users Group and it remains a helpful platform for sharing expertise and presenting new ideas.
Please feel free to introduce yourselves in this thread and if you are interested in being a co-chair along with me, please let me know!
I look forward to meeting you all!
Thanks,
Tiffany Elliott Tessitura Database and Operations Administrator

Hi Tiffany! It's nice to meet you and thank you for stepping up to lead us. I am the Admissions Manager for the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and a former chair of this group. I would love to meet up anytime you are in Raleigh-Durham and at TLCC.
Pam
YAY Tiffany Elliott! We are so lucky to have you co-chairing this group. THANK YOU!
Oh wonderful! I have a trip booked for July 25 - 28. I'll keep you posted on if my agenda has a bit of free time to schedule a meet up. :)
Happy to be here! Thanks Meredith Woolard (she/her)!
I'm going to echo all of the thanks for taking on this group! I would love to meet up whenever you are in the Raleigh area or at TLCC.
Hi Tiffany, nice to meet you! I'm new to the NC community group, having just started at Carolina Performing Arts after moving here from VA. I'm potentially interested in getting involved in the community group leadership (are we still calling these TUGs, or is there another abbreviation) and would like to learn a little more about what you need/what the duties would be for a co-chair - you can reach me at murillas@unc.edu, thanks!
Hi Tiffany! Thank you for leading the group! I think we actually met before - I used to work at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, were you part of their implementation team when you were with JCA? Small world!
I am now with the North Carolina Museum of Art. It would be great to meet up when you are in the Raleigh area if you have time!

You're very welcome! Yes, let's find each other at TLCC!
Nice to meet you! Maybe Meredith Woolard (she/her) can help answer the 'TUG' question! So far, duties have not been decided on - i'd like to meet at least once a month with a co-chair (remotely) to discuss some action steps in order to create at least one in person meeting with our user group this year. But i'm open to other considerations as well.
Hi AMBER! What a small world! Congrats on your role at North Carolina Museum of Art! Yes, I worked at JCA and left because I gave birth to my micropreemies! I absolutely loved the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art project team! Once I get my agenda put together, I will let you know and we can hopefully find a time to catch up in Raleigh.
