Good Morning!
I wanted to introduce myself to this group since I'm relatively new. I am the Tessitura CRM Manager at PBS NC (UNCTV) and I have decided to volunteer as co-chair for the North Carolina Tessitura Community group. :)
I currently work remotely and live in the Boston area. I have been a SME for Tessitura and Tessitura integrated products for about 10 years. I just recently returned to the workforce after a 4.5 year adventure being a full time mom of twin girls. Now that they're a bit more independent, I'm happy to be able to return back to the Tessitura community! My background is in ticketing and I worked at JCA as a Tessitura implementation consultant, helping map data conversions and onboarding new Tessitura clients.
Currently, I am the only chair of the North Carolina community and I think it would benefit us to have more than just me driving the boat. I will be taking quarterly visits to the Raleigh-Durham area and would be available for meet ups during those times, if interested. I will also be attending TLCC, so we can try to schedule a meetup there as well. My vision for our group is to create a place where we can share Tessitura specific knowledge and experience while providing support for each other while we navigate the new and changing world of today. I was one of the founding members of the Boston Tessitura Users Group and it remains a helpful platform for sharing expertise and presenting new ideas.
Please feel free to introduce yourselves in this thread and if you are interested in being a co-chair along with me, please let me know!
I look forward to meeting you all!
Thanks,
Tiffany Elliott Tessitura Database and Operations Administrator

Hi Erin Murillas! Great question and welcome to the North Carolina Tessitura Community! We retired the "TUG" acronym in 2020 and now refer to our user groups as Tessitura Community Groups. We'd love to have you come on board as a co-chair for this group, if you are interested and have the bandwidth. I will reach out to you directly with some more info that may help you make a decision! Stay tuned.
Thanks for clarifying - look forward to hearing from you!
Hi Tiffany Elliott, Pam Hamrick, Kristi Heckel, Amber Courtney, and Erin Murillas,
It's nice to e-meet you all! I'm a Consultant on the Consulting Projects team here at Tessitura and live in Asheville. I would absolutely love to join y'all for a meetup in Raleigh or anywhere else. I moved back to NC and joined the Tessitura team earlier this year. Prior to that I was living in Austin, TX where I was very active in the Austin Tessitura Community group which meets monthly.
I'm excited to see our North Carolina Community group become more active and am happy to help however I can.
Thank you all for your interest in the group and all you do for the Tessitura community. I hope to meet you soon! Please reach out anytime.
Cheers,Ryan

Hi Ryan and welcome to the NC group! Tiffany and I will both be at TLCC next week and hope to connect with other group members there to brainstorm a bit about the groups' wants and needs, and then when we get back we can start lining up local get-togethers. See you soon!
Hi Ryan! I'm also a trained opera singer, so i'm sure we're going to have a BLAST getting to know each other! I look forward to hopefully meeting you at the conference and getting our group together for some meet ups!
Thanks!!!
Tiffany

Hi Tiffany - how cool! I always love meeting other singers. Yes, I have a feeling we will definitely hit it off. I unfortunately won't be at TLCC this year but look forward to hearing all about it and catching up with the group afterwards. Enjoy!
Hi Pam! Thank you so much for the warm welcome. I hope you enjoy TLCC. I unfortunately won't be there this year but hope to have the chance to meet you and the other group members soon. Enjoy!
