How are you using Tess for relationship building?

We are currently in the midst of planning content for June's NYCTUG meeting and looking at the topic of Using Tessitura for personalized communications and relationship building.  Does your organization have any initiatives in place to harness Tessitura data for relationship building and targeted, personal interactions?  We are looking for a few people to share for 10 minutes and then will open up for wider discussion.  Please reach out to me if you or someone at your organization is interested buchananc@nyphil.org or 212-875-5715.

Thank you,

Chuck

  • Hi Chuck -

We at NYCB are not yet using Tess to personalize communications - at least for the marketing department (although I don't think anyone else is either).

We obviously pull mailing lists and then mail merge so patrons' names appear on envelopes and salutations, but patron preference fields are not being used.

That being said, I think this would be a gathering we would be interested in joining to hear how others make use of that feature.

    Thanks -

    -Dustin
