Wordfly and Optusnet email addresses.

Hello,

We recently sent out an email campaign through Wordfly and a customer responded saying the email was illegible. They were using Chrome and their ISP was Optusnet. We tested using a staff members Optusnet email address and got the same result. We've now been told that Wordfly supports the top 10 web browsers / ISP's and Optusnet doesn't fall into this category. The 'View Email in Browser' link was also rendered illegible. A quick scan of our database showed that roughly 2% of constituents use this domain. So whilst it's not a huge number, it's enough to be a concern. Has anyone else come across this and hopefully found a solution?
