Right now we are facing some issues with v16 because in the past we relied heavily on the customizable pop-up header to help users quickly identify the right constituent out of a list of similar or identical names. The standard columns are nearly useless to us for this purpose, as users don't typically memorize users postal and email addresses, and even then for various reasons those might be duplicated across a number of records. For our purposes we often refer to constituencies, but there might be other items that would help with the identification. If we could simply configure which columns appear, similar to flex headers perhaps, it would greatly improve our customer service speed.
Naturally, the display choices should be flexible depending on the security group of the user.
