Good morning, all!
This article came across my LinkedIn this morning and it felt like a good one to share.

Happy Thursday!

I liked the bit about women being capable of more in 8 hours than men because we juggle so much in our daily lives. Especially those of use who are parents. I often feel like my brain is holding more than my husband's but it also sometimes makes it hard to focus.
To be honest, that part didn't thrill me. "Celebrating" that women are forced to do twice as much as men is just selling sexist inequality back to us with a positive spin. I'd rather be viewed as an ordinary human with ordinary abilities who needs support networks like everyone else, than as a superwoman.
(To be clear, I'm not yelling at you - I'm mentally yelling at Liliia Lykho's male team lead for his terrible attempt at weaponized incompetence.)
I had a similar thought. It reminded me of the old diversity org chart jokes on the app formerly known as Twitter. Of course, women are the foundation of the working group, but we still so often see the ratio dwindling as we get into management and C-suite levels.
Too true. The pink collar enclosure is real.
That's fair. I do enjoy being recognized for my super powers though. Was there anything in this article that was a "takeaway" for you? I didn't see much in here aside from that bit. Curious what you thought.
