Mindful Making - link to the presentation and thank you!

A big thank you to everyone who joined me for the Mindful Making session this afternoon at TLCC Orlando!

Thank you to all those in the room who comfortably leaned into a floating head on a laptop giving you directions, and for Shelley & Heath for setting this up!

I know a few folks had some difficulty accessing the Teams link - here is a link to a little poster I made with the invitations that we engaged in today: Mindful Making with Jessie Upton
This is a canva presentation. I invite you to imagine that this is stuck on a wall and you step closer to view parts or step further back to view as a whole.
A PDF version is also attached!

After we ended our call, I jumped up and grabbed my pastels and created this super quick representation - with deep thanks Heart

Image of abstract pastel drawing made by Jessie stuck on a window.

Please reach out if you have any questions or feedback - would love to hear from you!

  • Thank you, Jessie!

I arrived a bit late, so I missed the first part of the session.  In the end I just drew a happy experience from the week to help me thinking about everything that I learned and help myself process what I needed to focus on. It worked really well.

I also added the images of the experience that helped me process the week. Met Walter! He's a super sweet baby alligator! I hope he brings joy to your week!
