Here is a quick check-in guide just in case you need to remember to put yourself first for a minute.
I'm frequently missing meals and self check-in's. One of the things I'm trying is having a meeting at a café so I don't miss out on meals. Also scheduling important mentorship and mental health strategies into agenda's or as a stand-up's so they are as important as budget meetings. They are also good ways of keeping my team in balance and they give me energy back.
