Hi Experts!
We are based in Las Vegas and want to partner with the concierge services at our hotels, and other third party places such a bus tour places where they can sell tickets to our museum. We need to be able to track who sells what so that they can get a commission on these sales. Does anyone do something like this and if so, how?

We just started doing something very similar with our local hotels. We run a Consignment program where we sell the tickets to each hotel at a discounted rate. We then mail them x number of physical passes. Then the hotels add it into their bookings at our full price and they keep the difference. Those physical passes get handed to the hotel guest at check-in and they hand them back to our Front Desk staff.
In Tessitura we have a specific ticket type to know how many were redeemed. I am not sure how the woman who handles this program sells them into Tessitura (to send to the hotels), but I can send along her email if you'd like so she can explain further.
