I downloaded a performing arts-centric audience report from a TLCC sponsor, but was wondering if anyone has more relevant leads in the museum/zoo/aquarium/garden arena. If you know of any annual trend reports, or reports comparing pre- and post-pandemic trends, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My preference for stuff this this is to use dashboards since you can look at many different functional areas in one place. A widget for donations (beware soft credits though), one for memberships, one for attendance, one for classes, etc. You can make them general for senior staff or board members, or detailed for department use.

I sometimes use reports but not typically to gauge long-term trends.

How about benchmarks. Are you benchmarking your org against other science museums or museums more generally?
