Hi Antonio,At Mystic we use allocations (tied to specific Modes of Sale) to help direct guests' ticket paths online. We have one Mode of Sale for Timed Admission, one for Members and their guests, and several others for static discounts we offer. One allocation is for general admission and minor discounts, one for members, one for two of our more major discounts.
We use rankings to help members- their membership auto-applies a ranking (two different levels within membership, each with a different ranking). That ranking auto-changes their session to the Members Mode of sale online, thereby saving them a few clicks. We did have to customize a utility that grants a ranking to a member based on their membership.
