Hello all! We are looking at revising/revitalizing our manager on duty program. If you have MOD's what does that look like in terms of coverage, assignments, responsibilities.

Hi Pam, we have a MOD program at The Tech Interactive. All staff at the manager level or higher are included in the schedule rotation. Every operating day has a MOD and a BUM (back-up manager), and I am in rotation as either MOD or BUM about 2-3 days per month. We have a checklist for MODs to complete during the day, a report for them to fill out and submit at the end of the day, and training that staff go through before they are added to the MOD rotation.
