How to List Upcoming Events Across Fiscal Years

Cross-posting these here since you all were so helpful last time!

We have special events, a lecture series, and daily admissions that run through the end of one fiscal year and into another. Is there any way to have them listed seamlessly on our event listing page? I had to add an event and it really looks bad having two events in a series listed so far apart (one is in May the other in August.) I only set up daily admissions through the end of June but I'll need to add the rest of the year in soon. I really don't want to have to list them as two separate sections. I have a help ticket into tessitura but I'd really like to get this figured out today!

Thanks in advance!

  • Hi Jessie,

You may be able to assign keywords to all the events in a series, and then build links that incorporate either the keyword or keyword id. Our fiscal year changes between June and July and we use the keyword to group the events across fiscal years. It doesn’t work as well in list view (grouped as separate lists) as compared to the calendar view. We incorporate a link to the next production season in the production season overview text (and vice versa from the next fiscal year production season back to the current one).
