Good morning. Has anyone been experiencing login issues post AWS migration? We are seeing daily issues with some teams internally and it seems to correspond to the timing of our AWS cutover. Thank you!
We had to resync everyone's tokens, but we haven't had any issues since then.

We noticed an issue with users who didn't try their new logins during migration testing - do you know if this might be the case?
It seems to be an issue with application after getting into RAMP. It is a database error message. Some can click through it and get in while others can't. So action is a restart then attempt. clear INI files through TN and drop and add database logins. Issues continue daily.
I would definitely put in a help ticket.
It doesn't seem that way but something we may want to look into. Is there a fix?
Also, part of the resync token club. We haven't had any issues since.
We have been. They have not been able to find a cause as of yet.
