Good morning. Has anyone been experiencing login issues post AWS migration? We are seeing daily issues with some teams internally and it seems to correspond to the timing of our AWS cutover. Thank you!
It seems to be an issue with application after getting into RAMP. It is a database error message. Some can click through it and get in while others can't. So action is a restart then attempt. clear INI files through TN and drop and add database logins. Issues continue daily.
I would definitely put in a help ticket.
We have been. They have not been able to find a cause as of yet.
