Good morning. Has anyone been experiencing login issues post AWS migration? We are seeing daily issues with some teams internally and it seems to correspond to the timing of our AWS cutover. Thank you!

In our transition, we ran into a number of issues.
1. Users trying to use the old Self Service Portal to try to change their passwords. The new portal is selfservice.tnhs.cloud/
2. Users using old account names and passwords credentials.
3. Not having a group on the account configured as a default group. This would apparently work on Legacy RAMP however this may not work on AWS RAMP, particularly with Windows Authentication setup.
