Has anyone been using the Event Cancellation Utility with regularity in conjunction with a survey form using the WordFly pages integration?
We're getting ready for a big round of cancellations, but the only have about 15-20 seats sold per event. So if we use the WordFly survey, have 3 different lists of constituents who requested different refund options, we then need to run the utility 3 times for one performance...and there are a lot of performances (these are our summer camp offerings).
Is anyone going through something similar? How are you handling refunds for this? Are you using these tools or going another route entirely?
