We are planning on building and selling some webinars in place of live events, however, we are curious about attrition rate with free webinars, as our Zoom account will only allow 100 participants. Does anyone have any sense of attrition rates for webinars, now that in the current climate they are a more attractive and realistic option?

We haven't monetized webinars yet, but I can share the attendance rates of the two we've hosted so far. Two weeks ago our Education team held a free life drawing class via Zoom, for which 50% of RSVPs attended. On Friday our Membership team hosted a free members-only exhibition tour, for which 75% of RSVPs tuned in.
