Hello all! I hope everyone is healthy and safe. We are working through our return to business strategy. One thing that has surfaced is managing capacity in an assumed limited-capacity environment. We do admission as timed so people buying a regular admission ticket pick a date and time (every 30 minutes). BUT, we have a couple open-ended tickets / memberships we are trying to figure out. Ideally, we need these people who, today, don't select a date and time to do so but in a very friction-less experience. It is people who have a membership, City Pass, open-ended group or wholesale ticket, child under 3, comp ticket, etc. Any suggestions or feedback on this. What are you all thinking of doing upon return? Thank you!

  • Hi Nicole, I don't have an answer for you really, but am interested in the topic as well.  We have a large building capacity that we haven't come close to hitting yet, but are definitely considering a flip over to timed-ticketing in an attempt to avoid any 'overly busy' periods...especially for special events like 'free nights'. But we really aren't quite there in our planning yet.
