Camps

Hello!  We are using Tessitura for Camp registrations.  We have a performance for the first day of each camp and use an aux form to collect camper info.  Our camps are open to the public with discounts for members and those who qualify for scholarships and, once sold out, we flip over to a separate waitlist performance.

 

We also have a mode of sale and allocation specific to those who qualify for a scholarship and our Education team sends those folks a direct link to access the discount and seats.

 

Because we need to report on each camper for each day of camp, we also have a keyword added to the performance so we know the attendance needs to be multiplied by 5.
