Re-Opening with a New Normal

Hi everyone,

Hope all is well. We wanted to start a conversation to see how you are planning to re-open, when appropriate. What are you anticipating to be your “new normal”?

Are any general admission organizations considering changing their admissions model upon re-opening? Will you have all of your current offerings available or will they be limited? Is anyone planning to move to timed admissions to limit the number of guests at a time? What are some other considerations you are taking to have a proper plan in place to re-open? Gloves for all staff?

Thank you for any thoughts or feedback!

  • Hi! I think this would be a great discussion for today's meeting. We are not really at the point where we have decided much on the promotions and pricing though I expect that will be a lever to pull if volume is not ramping up.

    Hi Nicole,

I am new to Tessitura and to this forum, but as training manager at my institution I am also interested in and considering what training and protocol looks like for all segments of our business when we eventually re-open in a post-COVID world. Would love to discuss anything you've learned, are working through or crafting at this point in time.
